Contrary to some peoples thinking, God needs people to pray in order for things to be accomplished on the Earth. Prayer is the key to getting God involved in situations and circumstances. Every failure is a prayer failure, and every success is because of prayer.

At Harvest Time we meet every Friday at 7pm for an hour of corporate prayer, where we pray in faith the Word of God over our lives and church.

​

How can you know that God hears when you pray, and will answer you? Well, John makes it clear in his epistle.

 

1 John 5:14-15 Amp

And this is the confidence {the assurance, the privilege of boldness} which we have in Him, {we are sure} that if we ask anything {make any request} according to His will {in agreement with His own plan} He listens to and hears us. And if {since} we {positively} know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know {with settled and absolute knowledge} that we have {granted us as our present possessions} the requests made of Him.

 

When we pray God’s Word, we know that He will hear and answer because God’s Word is his will for our lives.
